Saskatoon police are investigating after finding an unconscious woman at the site of a house fire early Monday morning.
Around 3:40 a.m., officers responded to a report of a fire in the 100 block of Avenue Q South, police said in a Tuesday news release.

“Upon arrival, officers located an injured female victim on the front steps with injuries consistent with an assault,” the release said.
