Skytap, a Seattle company that helps companies move operations to the cloud, raised $18 million in funding from Vistara Growth.

- The 143-person company is led by CEO Bradley Schick, who took over in 2019 and previously founded Wegos, a web application startup.
- Vistara Growth, based in Vancouver, B.C., provides “flexible growth capital solutions” that can comprise of growth debt, growth equity, or a combination of both.
- Other Skytap backers include Goldman Sachs, Insight Venture Partners, Madrona Venture Group, Ignition Partners, OpenView Capital, W Capital Partners, WRF Capital, and others. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos also invested in the company in its early days.
