OpenAI’s ChatGPT is down for thousands of users on March 25.
When accessing ChatGPT, users see a blank screen with “How can I help you today?” and, in some cases, a missing chat history.
This outage started within the last 10 minutes. According to DownDetector, a website that tracks popular services, ChatGPT is currently experiencing an outage in the U.S, Europe, Asia, Japan, Australia, and other parts of the world.
In a thread on Reddit, several users reported that the UI fails to load properly, and ChatGPT doesn’t work when they try to access the chatbot via web or mobile apps.
It’s also worth noting that the global outage affects everyone, including those who have subscribed to ChatGPT Plus.
On the status page, OpenAI hasn’t acknowledged the reports yet.
This is a developing story…
