A credible leaker has detailed which iPhones and iPads will be supported in iOS 18 and iPadOS 18.
Around four months before Apple is due to announce iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 at WWDC 2024, there have already been rumors about the updates that range from the unlikely to the probable.On the likely side is that Apple will introduce much more AI to the updates, and there’s been the rather more unlikely claim that iOS 18 will be revamped to look like visionOS.
For the first time, though, a leak has claimed to report exactly which iPhones and iPads will be able to get the update — and so which models Apple is dropping support for. As first spotted by MacRumors, the leak came in a tweet that has since been deleted — but previously deleted tweets by the same user have proven to be accurate.
