It can handle any game available in the App Store, is Apple Pencil 2 compatible, and the size is perfect for taking anywhere. It also makes a fantastic eReader.
The iPad Mini is usually $499.99 for the 64GB version and $649.99 for the 256 GB version, but Best Buy currently has them at $100 off, costing $399.99 and $549.99 respectively. While the standard iPad 9th generation and 10th generation models are cheaper, the bigger size and lack of Apple Pencil 2 compatibility makes them a less attractive option compared to the Mini and the Air.
