Regina police say a youth cyclist struck by a vehicle Friday night suffered minor injuries but was taken to hospital out of caution.

Regina police say a youth cyclist struck by a vehicle Friday night suffered minor injuries but was taken to hospital out of caution. 

Officers were called to the 4500 block of Harbour Landing Drive at about 8:50 p.m. CST, alongside paramedics, where the youth was hit. 

Police would not confirm the youth’s age. 

The driver stayed at the scene and no charges have been laid.
