The Lions Gate Bridge, which connects the North Shore and Vancouver, shut down Saturday morning because of a police incident.
Shortly before 11 a.m., DriveBC wrote on X that the Lions Gate Bridge is closed in both directions until further notice due to a “police incident.” It recommended drivers use the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge as an alternative route but to expect delays.

TransLink says there are service delays in both directions because of the closure.
