Canadian rockers Theory of a Deadman grew from humble beginnings, jamming together in basements throughout high school to sold-out concerts over the last two decades and now look to rock Caesars Windsor May 17.

Hailing from North Delta, BC, the hard-rockers broke out in 2002 with the self-titled album Theory of a Deadman, followed by double-platinum Scars & Souvenirs.

The quartet of Tyler Connolly, Dave Brenner, Dean Back and Joey Dandeneau had a number of hits including All Or Nothing, Lowlife, Angel and Hate My Life.

The biggest hit of their career, triple-platinum RX (Medicate), marked the band’s third Number One on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart and garnered a nomination for rock song of the year at the iHeartRadio music awards.

Their newest album Dinosaur debuted in 2023.

Singer-songwriter and Leamington native Billy Raffoul will bring his soulful vocals as the opener for Theory of a Deadman.

Show time is 8 p.m. at The Colosseum.

Tickets go on sale on Friday at 10 a.m. Ticket purchases can be made through caesarswindsor.com or ticketmaster.ca or the box office, Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 8 p.m. and on show days from noon to 10 p.m.

Guests must be 19 years of age or older to attend concerts and to enter the casino and all other outlets.
