Current Chrysler brand CEO Chris Feuell will also take over those same responsibilities for the Ram brand, Stellantis announced Friday.
Feuell will replace current Ram CEO Tim Kuniskis, who is retiring after nearly 32 years with the company, while also retaining her Chrysler responsibilities.

Kuniskis also oversaw Dodge and the creation of the new generation of Charger to be built at Windsor Assembly Plant and will hand over those responsibilities to Matt McAlear. McAlear will also become a member of the company’s top executive team.

In McAlear’s previous role, he led Dodge sales operations and has broad experience in the automotive industry as well as in the medical and digital sectors.
“I want to take the opportunity to warmly thank Tim for his passion, commitment and contributions to Stellantis and in defining the vision of the future electrified Ram and Dodge brands,” Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares said in a statement.
“I wish him well in his retirement. I am confident that Chris will continue the work of Tim in leading the iconic Ram brand.
“Matt will bring a fresh perspective, while continuing to draw on the heritage of our iconic Dodge brand and leading the transition of the brand toward a sustainable future.”
One of Feuell’s pressing responsibilities will be to continue rebuilding the Chrysler brand from its one active product — the Windsor-built Pacifica minivan line-up.
Earlier this year, at an unveiling of some of the new technical and design themes the company is working on for Chrysler, Feuell confirmed the next product in the Chrysler brand would be a mid-sized, two-row SUV to begin production in 2025.
Auto industry analysts AutoForecast Solutions believe that new Chrysler will be built at the Windsor Assembly Plant.
