Between Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation job action and road conditions after the weekend snowstorm, classes have been cancelled for all elementary and high schools around the city. Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s in-person classes have also been cancelled for the day.

An emergency response plan has been activated to clear roadways around the city. You’re encouraged to stay off the roads as much as possible, making room for plows and emergency crews where needed. Updates on snow clearing can be found at saskatoon.ca/snow.

After all the snow we’ve had in a short time, it’s a good idea to check highway road conditions at hotline.gov.sk.ca before heading out there, if you need to be driving today.
