The provincial government reported substantial growth in agricultural exports to Vietnam in 2023.
In a media release issued Wednesday, the province said $46 million worth of exports were sent to Vietnam last year, an increase of more than 200 per cent over 2022.

Much of the spike can be attributed to non durum wheat, which accounted for more than $40 million, the release said. Other large exports included peas and purebred swine.
