The Edmonton Police Service is investigating another fatal collision involving a motorcycle.

EPS says around 10:58 p.m., officers responded to a report that a 2005 Toyota Sienna turned left from Connors Road to 90 Street when it was hit by a motorcycle that was traveling on Connors Road.

Reports also indicate that the motorcycle — a 2009 Suzuki GSXR750 — was driving at high speeds and had passed several vehicles moments before the collision.

Paramedics responded to the scene, where they declared the motorcycle rider dead. The driver of the Toyota was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are asking if anyone has any information regarding the collision to contact investigators at 780-423-4567 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

This is the third fatal motorcycle collision in Edmonton in June.
