Shows at the GMC stadium will run from July 5-14 and feature music, dance, stunts and displays. Also set to perform is The Young Canadians of the Calgary Stampede, with special guest appearances by Tammy Firefly, The Urias Globe of Death Daredevils, Boston Dynamics and more.

Tammy Firefly is a fire and aerial performance artist who will be performing with the stage on fire. The Urias Globe of Death Daredevils take the audience along for the ride by placing cameras inside the globe for an immersive experience. There will also be dancing robots from Boston Dynamics, as well as other surprise special effects.

“You won’t see a show like this anywhere else,” said Angela Benson, creative director and choreographer of the Grandstand show. The made-in-Calgary show will feature world-class stunts and performances.

“It has rock, grit, country, and nostalgia that will challenge us all to live life in the fast lane. We can’t wait to take audiences on a trip of dust and dazzle that you can only see at this year’s Calgary Stampede.”
