Toronto Police say a man was stabbed during an altercation involving fireworks near High Park on Monday night.
It happened at 10:45 p.m. in the area of Lake Shore Blvd. and Parkside Dr. where police located a man with stab wounds.

“It was reported that two groups of males were pointing fireworks at each other which escalated into a physical altercation,” police told the Toronto Sun on Tuesday.
“The injuries to the victim of the stabbing were wounds to the back. There are no further updates.”
A second male walked into hospital with a non-life threatening injury, police said.
The investigation is ongoing.
