He has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault, along with four other men who were arrested at the scene Sunday outside a bar in the 300 block of Ouellette Avenue.

The police-described “disturbance” just after 2:20 a.m. Sunday, sent two teens — an 18-year-old male and a 19-year-old male — to hospital with serious head and neck injuries.

After a review of surveillance footage, police said they determined a group of five men struck the teenagers with beer bottles and kicked them multiple times.

The Star could not obtain information on the victims’ condition or if the teens remain in hospital.
