Woke up this morning, got myself a shovel, only to find that the thick layer of weekend snow has all but melted away, as if the whole thing was some terrible nightmare. While Edmonton’s weather tends to be a capricious sort, fluctuating wildly in unseasonable ways, this week seems shockingly consistent, with lots of sun and spring warmth.

As for the actual forecast, there’s not much to say. Monday will be mainly sunny with a few stubborn clouds here and there, and a high of 15 C.  Tuesday will be much the same, a high of 12 C, though with blustering winds climbing to 40 km/h throughout the day.

Let’s hope we’re past the point of snow-cocooned cars!
