A look at Monday’s Edmonton weather by Environment Canada.

It’s 8 C at the Edmonton Blatchford weather station with 7 km/h winds out of the south.

Well, that was one gorgeous weekend, wasn’t it? Hopefully you all got a chance to go outside and enjoy the calm breeze and warm sun, though there’ll be plenty of opportunity for that this week as well.

Before that we’ll have to get through a bit of cloud, a bit of rain, and some seriously intense winds. Monday’s forecast includes a high of 13 C and winds climbing up to 40 km/h. Those winds will persist overnight, where there will be a 30 per cent chance of showers. That chance increases to 60 per cent on Tuesday, where winds will climb up to a whopping 60 km/h.
