A bride-to-be flying to her bachelorette party in Texas received a heartwarming gesture from fellow passengers.

The 27-year-old woman, identified as Bri, received notes of encouragement and advice written on napkins handed out by the crew of a Southwest Airlines flight while she was heading to Austin last week.

“I need a little help from every lady on the plane that is married or has been married,” a crew member shared over the aircraft’s speaker.

“I’m going to walk up and down the aisle and I’m going to give out a napkin. You would get out a pen or something to write with, share amongst yourselves, if you would take a moment to write a little note of encouragement or a piece of advice.

“What was something that you would have liked to know before you became a bride that you can share with her.”

Bri was also presented with a makeshift crown and sash, before receiving quite a few napkins with personalized messages from other passengers.

“Keep a sense of humour and always have fun,” one person wrote. “Always put each other first. Very important.”

Another suggested to not sweat the small stuff and let it go. “Life is full of many adventures, ups and downs, good and bad.”
