The Sûreté du Québec announced Wednesday it is turning to the Bolo Program in its hunt for a drug trafficking suspect, with a reward of up to $100,000 offered to anyone who can contribute to the arrest of 34-year-old Saguenay resident All Boivin.

The provincial police force says Boivin is wanted on Canada-wide warrants for drug trafficking incidents alleged to have occurred in August 2021 in Saguenay, Quebec City, Brossard and Abbotsford, B.C.

The SQ alleges Boivin has evaded arrest by using false identities and “could be anywhere in Quebec.”

Boivin has been designated by the Bolo Program as one of the 25 most wanted suspects in Canada. The reward offer is in effect until Dec. 3.

Anyone with any information that could further the investigation is urged to call the SQ criminal information line at 1-800-659-4264.
