Thousands of TSB customers have complained that the banking app is down leaving them without access to their funds.

More than 2,700 users have reported being affected by the outage, according to figures from DownDetector.

One customer said on X this morning (May 30): “Cannot access my TSB app or online banking.

“App is saying ‘we weren’t able to do that’ online is saying ‘sorry, we are currently experiencing technical issues. Please try later’.

“When will this be fixed as I need to access my account.”
