Toyota will present six electric vehicles in Europe by 2026, it announced this week. 

That will include a production version of two concept cars — a compact urban SUV next year and a sport crossover in 2025.

Toyota is also planning to present the first cars with new and more efficient ‘solid state’ batteries from 2027-28 which can recharge to 80 per cent in just ten minutes.

Judges praised a series of Daily Mail articles including ‘the story of a woman being chased by debt collectors acting for TfL over an alleged traffic infringement’, and reports on controversial 20mph zones and potholed roads.
