Talk  of Russian drink puns, I’ll have a ‘Eugene one gin’

As always, an amusing but informative piece as Alice Lascelles asks “could an AI app sound the death knell of the wine expert?” (HTSI, February 3).

I do hope not, though if one wanted an app just for wine, rather than “I, sommelier” as the title of the piece has it, which is a bit of a mouthful, may I suggest “I, vin”? For all drinks Russian, vodka and the rest, it must be I, van!
