A senior Ukrainian official has warned that Vladimir Putin may well launch a tactical nuclear weapon in Ukraine if he thinks he is going to lose the war.

Oleksandr Lytvynenko, Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, suggested that Putin could end up using a tactical nuclear weapon, most likely on Kyiv.
