An ally of Vladimir Putin and a Kremlin insider has said that an all-out war will start with global powers which will happen in the Middle East.
Kremlin propagandist Margarita Simonyan said that Russia will have not actively be involved in any new conflict.
She wrote in a post on X, “And now the third world war. Whether a world war will break out now or a little later depends on whether Washington believes that it will be useful to it now, before the elections, or vice versa.
“Judging by the choral silence of the American media, they are still thinking.”

In another post, she warned, “A world war will start, and with almost complete probability – precisely in the Middle East.”
On Monday afternoon the British Defence Secretary has warned that the UK should prepare for war with Russia, China, Iran and North Korea within the next five years.
He warned that the UK has “come full circle, moving from a post-war to pre-war world” and that old and new enemies have now redrawn the battle lines against NATO and the West.

On Wednesday a Pentagon source has warned that if Iran continues to threaten Western interest and carries on supplying weapons to the Houthis militants in Yemen then the world will be on the brink of “major conflict.”
The Pentagon insider warned that mainly Iran will spark “World War Three” as conflict is escalating across the Middle East.
Speaking to Daily Express US, defence expert Nicholas Drummond said, “Iran’s agenda in the region, and globally, has been exposed. And Iran is on the back foot.
“The West is saying to Iran ‘behave yourself, or we will attack you directly’.
“I think it’s highly possible that if Iran continues to act through proxies, or to act directly, that threatens Western interests, we could see military action taken against Iran, and that would be a major conflict in the Middle East.”
