Correction: UK envir­on­mental res­tor­a­tion projects

The envir­on­ment depart­ment is alloc­at­ing £11mn col­lec­ted in fines against water com­pan­ies to envir­on­mental res­tor­a­tion projects, not the Envir­on­ment Agency, as wrongly stated in an art­icle on April 9.
