Leviton Network Solutions – a single-source global manufacturer of copper and fibre cabling systems – has acquired PRISM Data Centre Solutions Limited, a UK-based manufacturer of network enclosures.
BDO provided sell-side M&A advice to the shareholders of PRISM DCS. The deal adds network rack, data and server cabinets to Leviton’s system offering for enterprise and data centre customers across EMEA.
Established in 1996, UK based PRISM DCS provides an unrivalled, service focused offering including consultation, design, manufacture and installation of 19” cabinets, hot and cold aisle containment, security caging to communications network and data centre applications.
The acquisition will allow Leviton to provide high-quality network rack, data and server cabinets as part of its offering for commercial and data centre customers.
