Activision Blizzard has agreed to pay about $50 million to settle a high-profile lawsuit from a California regulator that helped spur Microsoft‘s October takeover of a video game companyinformed people.

California Department of Civil Rights sued Activision in mid-2021claiming that its management is ignoring numerous employee complaints of sexual harassment, discrimination and pay inequality.
