Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has been urged to strengthen the Ukrainian air defense as much as possible.
Once they have the US Patriot missile systems Ukraine can pour more resources to then be spent on repairing the infrastructure destroyed by the Russian forces.

At the Staff Headquarters meeting of the Commander-in-Chief on Tuesday, the issue of security in the Black Sea region was discussed.
