A man is dead following a stabbing in Burnaby, police say.
On Monday, at approximately 6:15 p.m., Burnaby RCMP officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 3800-block of First Avenue, near Ingleton Avenue, Cpl. Mike Kalanj said in a news release.
When officers arrived, they found a man on the ground with life-threatening injuries. First responders attempted life-saving measures, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
