“Initial information indicated that there was a male on a driveway that had been shot. Police and EMS attended and located a male with serious injuries,” the release states.

The injured man was taken to hospital but succumbed to his injuries, the release notes.

Cote, 22, is described as “male, approximately 6’0” tall, medium build, short brown hair, and brown eyes.”

The release goes on to state he has “angel wing” tattoos on both sides of his neck. It also notes that police attempts to locate Cote have been unsuccessful, and that he should not be approached because he is likely armed and dangerous.

“Anyone who sees this individual or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS),” adds the release.
