Fans can show up for the pre-game show and the arena experience will include the national anthem, siren crank, Canucks announcer Al Murdoch, the mascot Fin and in-game hosts, making the experience just like a home playoff game, the team said in an announcement Wednesday.

Rally towels will be on every seat and there will be live music, contests and giveaways during breaks and intermissions.

“The response and reaction from fans who attended the first Rogers away game viewing party showed us that Canucks fans are so excited for every minute of playoff action,” said Canucks Sports & Entertainment’s Michael Doyle. “It’s time to fill Rogers Arena, welcome everyone in, and wave those towels.”

The Rogers Sportsnet broadcast will be shown on the arena’s new video board, four times larger than the previous screen. It features 1,300 square feet on all four sides and refreshes 3,840 times per second. A standard 4K home TV refreshes 60 times a second.

There will be Fin’s family zone with face painting and a 360-degree camera.

Concessions will be open on levels 100 and 300 as well as a value menu on the concourse.

A dedicated Game 6 50/50 draw will be held with volunteers selling tickets throughout Rogers Arena, while they can also be bought online at canucks.com/5050.

Tickets are available at canucks.com/watch.
