It’s been quite a week for our fair city, with lots of changes on the horizon. Thankfully, Edmonton’s weather is one thing we can always rely on to be consistent. Or rather, consistently inconsistent.
For most of the past week, we’ve had lots of sun, with wind speeds and cloud cover that shifted more than the sands of the Sahara. The coming weekend will be no different.

Friday, for starters, will feature progressively thicker cloud cover as the day goes on, with a high of 10 C. Those dense clouds will clear up briefly overnight, only to return Saturday with a high of 19 C. Sunday will be clear skies and potentially blazing sunlight, followed by a 60 per cent chance of showers on Monday and Tuesday.
Stay warm and dry out there, and try not to get trapped by the shifting sands!
