A man faces charges after police say victims were sexually assaulted in an east-end restaurant.
With officers called to the Pape-Cosburn Aves. area on April 8, at 2 p.m., Toronto Police alleged a man entered a restaurant and sexually assaulted a victim.

He also went into the woman’s restroom and sexually assaulted another victim, according to police.
Richard McFarlane, 22, of Toronto, is charged with harassment by watching, four counts of sexual assault, and three counts of forcible confinement.
Police say there may be other victims.
