Two women and a man from Toronto have been charged in relation to a January incident at a private business in the Yonge St.-Eglinton Ave. W. area that was tied to a demonstration-related mischief investigation.

In a news release issued Monday night, Toronto Police said on Jan. 31 several people allegedly “unlawfully gained access to a private business” and protested inside.

The accused allegedly obstructed the operation of the business and failed to leave when directed, police said.

On Saturday, Helene Furlottee-Bois, 37, was arrested and charged with forcible entry, mischief to property, member of an unlawful assembly, member of an unlawful assembly while masked, and fail to leave premises when directed.

On Monday, Anna Lippman 33, and Desmond Cole, 41, surrendered to police.

Lippman was charged with forcible entry, mischief to property, member of an unlawful assembly while masked, and fail to leave premises when directed.

Cole was charged with mischief to property, member of an unlawful assembly, and fail to leave premises when directed.
