The man sought in connection with an attack in the off-leash area at Sue Higgins Park has turned himself in, police say.
The event unfolded around 12:30 p.m. on April 10, when a woman walking her dog in the north end of Sue Higgins Park reported another canine started acting aggressively toward her dog.

This led to an argument between the woman and the male owner of the second dog, police said in a statement released on April 12.
When the woman tried to use her mobile phone to record the incident, the man knocked the mobile device out of her hand and pushed the woman to the ground, police said.
She screamed and the man threw the phone over a fence before fleeing the scene, authorities added.
The suspected sought in connection with the incident surrendered on Saturday, police said in a subsequent statement released Sunday night.
Calgary resident Zsolt Baktay, 62, has been charged with assault, assault causing bodily harm and intimidation. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 23.
