Edmonton has a two season problem, the citizens unable to predict whether the day will be a chaotic Winter or a stable Spring. But the scientists are saying that in only a few more days, we will enter a stable spring era.

Until then, we must make do with the 30 per cent chance of flurries and showers that will threaten us throughout Wednesday, with a high of 9 C and a wind chill of -6 thanks to 15 km/h winds. Those winds will climb to 40 km/h overnight and persist into Thursday, when the flurries will break into full-on snowfall, with up to 4cm expected.
Friday, however, a new era is set to begin, with the clouds slowly parting and the weather slowly warming. Hopefully, when Sunday’s 15 C temperature arrives, a more stable spring will begin.
