Windsor police have arrested a 15-year-old boy who allegedly sprayed someone in the face with a “harmful chemical” during an argument.

Police received a report around 2:30 p.m. Saturday about the incident at a business in the 3100 block of Howard Avenue.

Police said the victim, an 18-year-old male, got into an argument with the 15-year-old, who had been shooting cap guns inside the business.

The 15-year-old then sprayed the victim in the face with a chemical before fleeing, according to police. The victim suffered minor injuries.

Officers quickly located the 15-year-old going north on Howard Avenue. Police said he will be charged with assault with a weapon and administering a noxious substance.
