According to court docs seen by TMZ, PEOPLE, Us Weekly and Page Six, the Friends star, who died last October at the age of 54, had more than a million dollars in additional assets, not included in a private trust.

“All my personal and household effects, including, but not limited to, jewelry, furniture and furnishings, works of art and automobiles, together with any insurance on such property, shall pass as part of my residuary estate,” Perry outlined in the records obtained by Us Weekly.

He named Lisa Ferguson and Robin Ruzan as the co-executors of the will.

Created back in 2009, the declaration lists Perry’s father, John Perry, and mother, Suzanne Morrison, as beneficiaries of his will alongside his half-sibling, Caitlin Morrison, and ex-girlfriend Rachel Dunn.

Any children he might have had (he didn’t have any) would not have had access to the trust.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Perry was worth $120 million thanks largely to his role on Friends, which ran for 10 seasons and saw him and his castmates — Jennifer Aniston. Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer — earning $1 million-per-episode in the sitcom’s final two seasons.

In November 2022, Andy Cohen asked Perry how much the actor still made from the series, which found a renewed life in syndication and streaming after its end in 2004.

“Well, yesterday I bought Iowa,” Perry joked before adding, “They’re not bad.”

Allen’s Oscar-winning Annie Hall followed the relationship of Alvy (Allen) and Annie (Diane Keaton), tracking the highs and lows of their affair before their eventual breakup. Years later, the pair reunite after they’ve both moved on, with Alvy concluding that love is “essential” to a life well lived.

In a 2022 chat with PEOPLE, Perry spoke openly about wanting to find love and becoming a dad.

“I think I’d be great. I really do,” he said in his interview with PEOPLE. “I grew up with a lot of little kids around me, and that’s probably why, but I can’t wait.”

Perry knew the kind of woman he was looking for, telling the publication he wanted to be with “somebody who has their own wealth.”

“A sense of humour, beautiful inside and out, caring. This is really important, somebody who can have a back and forth with me,” he said of his ideal mate.

“Somebody who’s self-supporting. In every way, but monetarily especially because I got burned a few times by women who wanted my money, not really caring about me,” he added.

Following his death, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner revealed in December that Perry died from the acute effects of the anesthetic ketamine.

The report said coronary artery disease and buprenorphine, which is used to treat opioid use disorder, also contributed to his death.

Perry was declared dead after being found unresponsive at his home in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles on Oct. 28, 2023.
