Sometimes the hardest part of these weather reports is finding new ways to convey the same news as the day before.

On an unrelated note, today’s forecast will be very similar to Monday’s as temperatures make their steady march towards the warmth of Spring. Tuesday will have a high of 5 C and a wind chill of -4, thanks to 15km/h winds that will persist overnight. Wednesday will finally see those clouds move on from our skies as we enjoy a high of 7 C, but the pesky winds will remain, bringing the wind chill to -7.
