Back in August, the man — who wished to remain anonymous — also won $110,000 playing the same game. He told lottery officials that he switched up the numbers following his previous win.

“I took my tickets to the store to check and replay them,” he told Michigan Lottery Connect, the state’s official lottery news site.
“The clerk scanned the tickets and handed me one back and said, ‘I think you won big!’ I thought, ‘There is no way, I can’t be that lucky.’ I looked up the winning numbers and sure enough, I had won again! I couldn’t believe it. Winning is such a blessing!”
Lottery officials said the man purchased both winning tickets at a BP gas station in the Detroit area.

The Fantasy 5 game costs $1 and involves picking five of 39 numbers correctly. For an extra dollar, a Double Play is added that allows players to win up to $110,000.
The man said he paid off some debts with his August winnings, but will make plans to have a little more fun with the second jackpot.
“I don’t have any special plans for the money yet,” he said. “I plan to sit back and just look at it in my bank account for a while.”
