A train derailment in the northwest area of St. Albert Monday morning involved 16 train cars, with seven of them containing diesel fuel, according to the Transportation Safety Board (TSB) of Canada.
At around 7 a.m Monday, St. Albert RCMP officers were dispatched to the area on the derailment at Poundmaker Road and Vaness Road.
