Thomson Reuters announces a cash offering of $626 million Pagero Groupbypassing the competitive offer made Top for a Swedish e-invoicing provider last month.
Thomson Reuters said on Thursday that it will launch an open tender to buy all of Pagero’s shares on Friday. He intends to pay SEK 40 per share, valuing the Gothenburg-based company at SEK 6.4 billion ($626.0 million).
